Apr 15, 2010 MoH announcement about audits to CROs in Turkey
Content of the audit application file to MoH should contain the following;
- General information
- CVs in Turkish about the key personnel (Project and Quality Managers)
- List of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs- should be in Turkish)
- Settlement plan of the company
- Organogram of the company
- Work flow plan
- Information about the company
- List and certificates of previous audits and inspections, if any
- Original and the copy of the receipt of audit application fee as is published from MoH web site
